Travel Watercolor Workshop details …
This is for the workshop in Scappoose.
Everyone will create postcard-size watercolors. All levels and styles welcome. We will use photographs for references, so if you have one you would like to draw, please bring it to class. I will share drawing and watercolor basics for sketching, tips for choosing what to draw, composing a drawing, taking reference photos, and gear – what to pack.
Note: This workshop is limited to high school age and older (Discounts for multiple family members & seniors). No visitors or young children please – thats another class.
Supplies, etc.: I will provide the essential supplies (pencils, watercolor sets, brushes, & postcard size watercolor paper) for you to keep. You may want to bring a small sketch book (in the range of 5×7 to 9×12 inches).
Lunch: We will work through lunch so please plan appropriately. There are two good eateries within walking distance; Cathedral Coffee and Bamford Bakery.
